1. Our commitment
We are working to provide a clear, robust website that supports keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and responsive use. Accessibility is part of the website’s ongoing design, development, and review process.
2. Measures currently in place
The current website includes:
- semantic HTML with header, navigation, main-content, section, form, and footer landmarks;
- a skip link and logical heading structure;
- keyboard-accessible navigation, links, and form controls;
- visible focus indicators;
- responsive layouts designed to reflow without horizontal scrolling;
- readable text sizing, spacing, and color contrast;
- support for browser zoom and narrow viewports;
- reduced-motion consideration for users who request it;
- visible labels, instructions, and programmatic descriptions for form fields; and
- screen-reader-usable validation summaries, field errors, and status messages.
3. Standards posture
We aim to follow relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA principles. This is an implementation goal, not a claim of certification, perfect accessibility, or formal conformance.
4. Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and combinations of browsers, devices, settings, and assistive technologies may behave differently. We have not identified a specific unresolved barrier in the current production-page implementation, but users may report any difficulty they encounter so we can investigate it.
5. Feedback and response
If you experience an accessibility barrier, use the website contact form and select “Privacy or legal request.” If you are comfortable doing so, include:
- the page or feature involved;
- the problem you experienced;
- your browser and device; and
- the assistive technology you were using, if any.
The 3Lotus LLC will review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to respond and improve the experience.
